How long does delivery take?

Most orders take about a month to arrive, although some arrive sooner.

We know that's a long time to wait and we appreciate your patience.

Our goal is to guarantee overnight delivery by the end of 2023.

How do I return my order?

Returns are managed on a case-to-case basis.

When you're ready to return an item, simply get in touch with us and we'll guide you through the steps.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation.

This can be done by emailing our support team, contacting us through our website, or messaging us on social media.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, we will handle it immediately.

Why hasn't my order shipped?

Most orders take around 3 weeks to process, pack, and ship.

If your order has still not shipped 30 days after placing it, please contact one of our team members immediately.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed the tracking number and carrier name where applicable.

Is it possible to change my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request to swap an item for something else, or cancel the order completely.

Please note: We are unable to change an order once it has been shipped.
